Sensational breakfasts, kind and approaching staff.
Lots of goodies for breakfast. An electric kettle, central heating, an iron and ironing board were convenient. Lovely area, very central location next to the tourist attractions, the theatre and center.

Mark
I booked en suite and extremely pleasant room with great selection of teas as well as the bathroom.

Limited car parking, especially if not driving a compact car. Ensuite was a tight squeeze and bedroom decor and linen somewhat dated. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay and Pascal was an excellent host.

Pascal, our host, was an absolute gem. He was really friendly and spent time showing us on a map where different things were, restaurants, sights etc. His advice was invaluable. Also the location could not have been better - you could walk everywhere. The fact they had parking was a real bonus point too.

Pasqual is very knowledgable & helpful. He provided maps & discount vouchers. Loads of suggestions of where to eat as well. The place is spotless. A little unnerving when travelling with children. The guest house is walkable to most of the SHakespere sites. Every morning he would introduce all around the breakfast tables & have many humourous tales depending on the nationality.

Pascal was a great host! He offered suggestions for things to do, Shakespeare tickets, held our bags, gave discount coupons etc. The breakfast was great and our stay was fantastic!
This is not a dislike but a future upgrade for them would be some form of air conditioning for rooms, they were not hot and uncomfortable but some air would be great to cool them off a little. Would not stop me from returning.

The staff here are hospitable and the rooms are functional. The building is lovely, and the rooms have twin beds. The location is central, just a 10-15 minute walk from The Jester Sculpture. The area surrounding the guest house is particularly great. There's also a nice restaurant within the hotel.
